Between writing a book about staying healthy while you travel, and clocking millions of miles in my own travel, I have plenty of tips to keep you in tip top shape on the road. You’ll find these on my blog together with recipes for healthy dishes (mostly plant based or Mediterranean diet), as well as a few traditional dishes from destinations that I’ve visited. I love to present healthy riffs on recipes which is why you’ll find an authentic shepherd’s pie as well as a vegan version, and Greek orange pie versus a Raw Vegan Chocolate Tart.
